Extensions & Tools · around your automationAutomation, thought through.
Packages, scripts, internal tools and dashboards: we build what your automation is still missing. So robots reach every system involved, your team can steer workflows and you can see what is happening.

What are Extensions & Tools?
Extensions work in the background: Robomotion packages, scripts and integrations that open up new systems and functions for an automation. Tools are what people work with: interfaces to steer workflows and approve cases, and dashboards that show what is happening. No software for its own sake: every extension and every tool serves an automation and makes it complete.
Your automation is missing something.
A system without an integration, a format that doesn't fit, a function no platform provides. Then we build exactly that piece.
People are involved or need an overview.
Approving, adjusting, resolving exceptions, seeing what has run. For that, your team gets its own interface or dashboard.
Extended in the background.Easy to operate up front.Complete.
What we build alongside.
Always as part of an automation: so it reaches more systems, can be steered and shows what it achieves.
Robomotion packages
Custom building blocks that let robots use systems and functions Robomotion does not yet provide. For example a package that brings local decision models such as Laya straight into the flow: yes/no questions, choices and scores, on your own hardware.
Scripts & integrations
Small helpers that prepare data, connect systems and close gaps between platforms.
Internal tools & user interfaces
Interfaces your team uses to review requests, approve cases and trigger workflows.
Dashboards & monitoring
See at a glance what your automation has done, what is open and where something is stuck. For example a live view that shows what a running flow is deciding, result by result.
Merge data
Clean up and match scattered data so workflows can work with it properly.
One workflow, told twice.
Example B2B registration. Once the way it runs by hand today. And once the way it runs when every tool takes on the step it does best.

- Review and approve requests in a dedicated admin interfaceby handTool

Robomotion packages
If Robomotion lacks an integration, we develop it as a custom package. Your robots use it like any other building block.
One tool alone is rarely enough.
Extensions & Tools are one of four segments. Only together do they create processes that run end to end: robots for entire processes, workflows for APIs, AI for content and decisions, Extensions & Tools for everything missing in between.
Thought through, not just one part.
An automation is only finished when it reaches all the systems involved, can be operated and shows what it does. That's why we think the surrounding pieces through as well.
From the first conversation to a running workflow.
Understand
You show us the process and the systems involved. We work with what you give us.
Implement
We build the automation with the right tools and connect it to your systems.
Support, on request
Automation is a marathon, not a sprint. If you wish, we keep looking after your workflows and adapt them when something changes.
Frequently asked questions.
What is a Robomotion package?
A custom building block for Robomotion that lets software robots use new systems or functions.
Do you also build standalone software?
No. We don't build complete ERP systems or large apps. Extensions and tools are always created as part of an automation.
How quickly is an extension or tool created?
That depends on the scope and the systems involved. We agree on the timeline together.
Who takes care of it afterwards?
If you wish, we take care of adjustments when something changes.
What does an automation cost?
That depends on the process: what exactly it looks like, how complex it is from an automation perspective, how many systems are involved and how often it runs. You get a reliable estimate once we have aligned and clarified all points together.
Which workflow should run on its own next?
Describe it briefly. You will get a concrete proposal for what it could look like automated.
