What is Agentic RPA?
RPA that combines classic automation with AI agents. Fixed steps run exactly as a flow, decisions that require judgment are handled by autonomous agents. Both in one workflow.
Does RPA only work through the user interface?
No. Modern RPA uses APIs, databases and integrations where they exist, and operates browsers and desktop applications where they don't. All in one workflow.
Isn't RPA outdated technology?
No. Agentic RPA combines software robots with AI agents, APIs and the cloud. Classic RPA automates clicks, Agentic RPA automates decisions as well.
Which platform does aeovi work with?

What happens when a system changes?
Then the workflow has to be adapted to the new conditions. If you wish, we take care of this as part of ongoing support. Automation is a marathon, not a sprint.
Where do the robots run?
In your own environment: locally on your computers or on your own server (VPS). There they work directly in your network, with your systems and data. Processing stays with you, a particularly privacy-friendly solution. Alternatively, the robots run in Robomotion Cloud Run, Robomotion's own cloud, or we run them for you as Robot as a Service.
Can you run the robots for us?
Yes, as Robot as a Service, also known as Automation as a Service. We run the robots for you, so you need no infrastructure of your own. Together we clarify which option suits you, including with regard to data protection.
What does an automation cost?
That depends on the process: what exactly it looks like, how complex it is from an automation perspective, how many systems are involved and how often it runs. You get a reliable estimate once we have aligned and clarified all points together.
