Workflow Automation · APIsSystems that talk to each other.
Workflows connect your applications through APIs into end-to-end processes. Data flows between CRM, ERP, shop, mailbox and spreadsheets, without copy and paste. In the cloud or on your own server.
- Through APIs
- Event-driven
- Cloud or self-hosted
- AI built in
What is workflow automation?
Workflow automation connects applications through their APIs into fixed workflows. An event triggers the workflow, such as a new order, and every further step follows on its own: retrieve data, check it, pass it on, notify.
An API exists.
CRM, ERP, shop, mailbox or spreadsheets with an API. Then data flows directly and traceably between the systems.
More than APIs is needed.
Portals, desktop programs, documents and decisions that require judgment: that is where Agentic RPA takes over. Often, both work together.
One event.One workflow.No copying.
Where workflows take work off your hands.
Wherever information has to move between systems and someone copies, checks and forwards it today.
Keep data in sync
Automatically reconcile customers, orders and inventory between your systems.
React to events
New order, new contact, new file: the right workflow starts on its own.
Approvals & notifications
The right people learn what needs doing at the right time and approve with one click.
Collect reports
Bring together figures from several sources and distribute them on time.
Build AI into workflows
Classify inquiries, extract documents, prepare replies. As a step in the workflow, not as an isolated solution.
One workflow, told twice.
Example customer inquiry. Once the way it is handled by hand today. And once the way it runs when every tool takes on the step it does best.

n8n
n8n is a workflow automation platform that can also be self-hosted. Your data then stays on your own servers. If a ready-made building block is missing for a system, we build the integration.
One tool alone is rarely enough.
Workflows are one of four segments. Only together do they create processes that run end to end: workflows for APIs, robots for programs, AI for content, Extensions & Tools for everything missing in between.
Tool-independent. Building on what you have.
We don't sell a product. For every step, we choose the tool that is most reliable and cost-effective to operate, and combine workflows with robots and AI when the process needs it.
From the first conversation to a running workflow.
Understand
You show us the process and the systems involved. We work with what you give us.
Implement
We build the automation with the right tools and connect it to your systems.
Support, on request
Automation is a marathon, not a sprint. If you wish, we keep looking after your workflows and adapt them when something changes.
Frequently asked questions.
What is workflow automation?
Applications are connected through their APIs into fixed workflows. An event triggers the workflow, the further steps follow automatically.
What is an API?
A defined access point through which programs exchange data with each other, without anyone having to operate the user interface.
Which tool does aeovi work with?
Mainly n8n. It can be self-hosted and also suits extensive workflows. If a different route fits your case better, we will tell you.
Can the workflows run on our own servers?
Yes. Your data then stays on your own infrastructure. Alternatively, they run in the cloud.
Which systems can be connected?
Applications with an API. For many common systems there are ready-made building blocks. If a building block is missing, we build the integration. If there is no API at all, RPA helps.
What happens when a system changes?
APIs are the stable part of a workflow. If only the user interface of a system changes, the workflow keeps running. Adjustments are only needed when the API itself changes. If you wish, we take care of this as part of ongoing support. Automation is a marathon, not a sprint.
What does an automation cost?
That depends on the process: what exactly it looks like, how complex it is from an automation perspective, how many systems are involved and how often it runs. You get a reliable estimate once we have aligned and clarified all points together.
Which workflow should run on its own next?
Describe it briefly. You will get a concrete proposal for what it could look like automated.
